Our barristers represent clients at inquests, acting for families, workers and organisations at Coroners Courts throughout the UK. The breadth of experience of our practitioners ranges from simple two-hour road traffic inquests through aviation fatality inquests to multi-day Article 2 and jury inquests into institutional deaths.
Health & Safety:
Several members have a wealth of experience in Health & Safety cases, both prosecuting and defending individuals and organisations.
