Kenworthy's Chambers commercial property and housing team deals with all types of property disputes and acts for both claimants & defendants. They deal with all aspects of commercial lease disputes including:

Kenworthy's Housing team have a wide experience of judicial review matters and dealing with Human Rights, Equality and Public Law aspects that frequently arise.
