Care Proceedings
Our family barristers have significant experience in public children law, acting both for parents and local authorities in lengthy and complex care proceedings. Several of our members have previously worked as senior solicitors and in-house advocates at Local Authorities; bringing their experience to benefit in representing both applicants and respondents.
